Got hit with two whammies. Both good but both stressful and they require a lot of deep thinking. I am going to lock my doors and only come out to scavenge for food. Roomie is not great at keeping this place stocked when I am not here.

I'm a wuss.

I told myself that I had to mow. I waited till evening when it would be a little cooler. (Yeah, right Rolling Eyes

) Just walking from the house to the shed had me sweating and my breathing labored. I stood there about a minute and looked at the shed, turned around and walked back through the sauna-like humidity (and long grass) and back into the house. It just ain't gonna happen.

I got the lawn mowed last night, but I didn't weedeat today. It's just too derned hot (107 heat index). It got up to 90F in my house with the AC running. I'm miserable, the cats are miserable....

Ever had one of those moment when if you'd taken Option B, you wouldn't be royally stuffed aka. in a shitty mood?

SIL dropped around unexpectedly with the sprogs. Had a nice morning tea in the backyard. Followed them to Sunday Markets at large catholic high school here.

Was pulled over by a friggin' red light flashing police car for speeding. Needless to say, it'll hurt my pride and my bank balance for the next month. $#@!*&^%#@*&!!

If ONLY I hadn't decided to follow them, I would be richer and not wanting to GlasgowKiss an officer of the law.

One of my buddies 'kidnapped' me very, very late last night and took me out dancing at some party. I haven't danced like that in weeks and it really helped me release some stress. My buddy really knows how to move on the dance floor and I am thankful for such a good friend I can go out with and trust to be a gentleman. Now its 5:30 a.m. and I haven't been to sleep.
