He sparked romance rumours after he was spotted hanging out with his ex last week before enjoying a lunch date with a mystery blonde a few days later.

But Gerard Butler was seen putting on a cosy display with a different woman as he enjoyed a night out in London in the early hours of last Sunday.

The 300 actor, 47, cut a casual figure in a leather jacket and baseball cap as he cuddled up to the mystery brunette, who wrapped her arms around him and gazed into his eyes in the early hours of the morning.

The pair embraced on a doorstep as handsome Gerard, who paired his jacket with jeans and a jungle green t-shirt held onto a motorcycle helmet and stared at his phone.

The Bounty hunter actor then leaned in and appeared to kiss the pretty brunette on the cheek as they packed on the PDA.

The mystery woman was clearly dressed to impress in a thigh-grazing orange minidress which like Gerard, she paired with a leather jacket.

Meanwhile, Gerard and Morgan first split earlier this year, but reunited shortly afterwards before once again calling it quits in August.

'He thought Morgan might have been the right person at the right time but it wasn’t to be,' reported The Sun. 'They both saw it would be best if they moved on.

'He’s told his friends he just couldn’t commit. Gerry loves Morgan but it wasn’t working.'

However, she sparked reconciliation rumours when she was spotted jetting into Baltimore, Maryland with Gerard on June 15, a little over a month after her coffee date with Liev.

Gerard and Morgan started dating in May 2014 following his split from Romanian model Madalina Ghenea, 27, the previous year.
