The Killing is a good show. So is Mad Men. My favorite AMC show is The Walking Dead, though. I like zombie shows.

I also love Avatar. Just watched it again last weekend.

My puppy is going to see Mandy (my parent's 4 month old Shih Tzu) this weekend. They had to have their 15 year old Shih Tzu Gizmo put to sleep about a week and a half ago, so I'm sure both Coco and Mandy will be excited to have a playmate that isn't human or stuffed.

Random: I found a wonderful concoction called a Mint Julep. This one comes premixed so I don't have to do anything but put some ice in a glass and drink it.

This one's from EarlyTimes. I went to Friar Tucks for some wine and saw this and had to try it. I've wanted to try mint julep for years but for some reason never have. I have nothing to compare it to, but it tastes good to me!

Looking at Amazon reviews, people either love them or hate them.

From what I've heard and excerpts I saw, the Fifty Shades books are porn of the BDSM variety. They began as Twilight fanfic episodes. People thought there was too much sex so the author removed them from Twilight sites and posted on her own site. She then renamed the characters and extended the stories and published them as books.

I don't see how BDSM porn can be soft porn. But that's just my view.

I'm avoiding them. I prefer mysteries, intrigue, humor, thought-provoking stuff, original stories. I'm still mourning Michael Crichton's death.

From what I heard on Fifty Shades of Grey... Is that BDSM was a big let down. Because there those that do practice this... And from their point of view it was not accurate. It was like a watered down version..

I personally have not read it..... I've been there and done that, why would I want to read it when it has been done? lol... Not saying anything.... And its a figure of speech... Nobody needs to know about my cirricular activities after dark..LOL....

Anyways, I know that some producers are planning to make into a movie....
