Sounds like the pup is turning you into a young lass, DK. Not a bad thing, you know.

I guarantee Coco will make you laugh hard enough to hurt, Donna. Mind you, can she do this?
My boys do guard .... each other's food bowl. Picture one boy standing inches away just waiting for scraps from the other's bowl there just in case another mysterious dog off the street should nip in and steal said biscuits.
It COULD happen!

Awww, I can't see the video.
My dog barks at the cats food bowls because she knows she's not supposed to have any.

Earlier this week, I watched with a great deal of interest two nights of Rupert Murdoch's interviews at the British Parliamentary Inquiry in News Media Ethics. He struck me as vague, dithery, distracted, weak and old.
Now the Enquiry committee's report labels him unfit to run a multi-national company. This is a man who once had a ruthless reputation and yet I was utterly fascinating to see what must be a shell of that same man sitting in front of a vast committee answering questions that strike hard at the way he (and his family) operates his companies.
Whether he wilfully enabled his generals to act unethically or whether he was oblivious to their tactics, I don't actually care. It is a seemingly pathetic ending and unravelling of a dynasty, I believe.
Best piece of reality television I have seen in an age.

Was his behavior genuine, or was he playing at being old so he didn't have to really answer the questions?
I really don't give a flip about him.
Somewhat random: The 20something actors playing teenagers on Glee get on my nerves sometimes. They're too well-built and clean-complexioned, both males and females. The teenagers on Disney and Nickelodeon shows look like teenagers. Why? They are teenagers!
I wonder how many teens watch Glee and wonder "Why don't I look like that?" I hope someone tells them, "Wait another 5, 10, 15 years and you will."
TV lies.

TV doesn't always lie. For example, I look a lot like those dudes from Hillbilly Handfishing.
Random: I skipped out on some free tix to the Cardinals game tonight because I didn't want to crate my puppy tonight when she was crated all day.
It's official...I'm puppy whipped.

Hello to Dani Blue, DonnaKat, kayanne, LegoJulie, pisces1113, sami_stardust, Sharabella and Dallas. How are they hanging, ladies?
We have a three day weekend in Queensland (Labour Day holiday today) so I was lucky to have a little sleep-in this morning until 6.30am when someone HAD to go outside for his business. The weather has been glorious, the boys have been hilarious and I have waffled between active and lazy.
In my time sitting still, I have discovered the work of the amazing group: http://beaglefreedomproject.org/
My tears while watching this video worried the boys but I am just so glad I have two happy, healthy little beagle brats.
If you'd like to read more about cruelty-free products, you may find this link interesting: http://www.thevegetariansite.com/ethics_test.htm
Beagles are the most popular breed for lab use because of their friendly, docile, trusting, forgiving, people-pleasing personalities. The research industry says they adapt well to living in a cage, and are inexpensive to feed. Research beagles are usually obtained directly from commercial breeders who specifically breed dogs to sell to scientific institutions.
Now I must go break up another steal/chase scenario. Yesterday, Buddy wanted what Jordy had so badly that he dragged a bed a metre along the verandah before Jordy would let go ...

I mused too soon, Sami. That suit looks really good, doesn't it. Why does his hair always look so greasy though?
Randoms:
Because of our long weekend, I have spent most of today thinking it was Monday.
We still don't know, ten days after election, who is our local Mayor.
Read any good/great books lately? One I couldn't put down, and in fact read the end first, was "The Book Thief" by Markus Zusak. Nazi Germany WW2, young foster girl, first love anf friendship, tragedy of war, love of books, but the clanger is .................. the narrator of the book is death.

If hair looks greasy....it's prolly because it is. LOL!! Too much product? Then again.....with all that curl, he has to control it SOMEHOW!
That book sounds wonderful! Will have to give it a try. Thanks Nay.

I have had one hell of a week.... I finally recieved the questionare for the mini screenplay that my publishing house will do. Then they put on a data base for all those folks Cali. to look at.
One of the Questions were who do I think would be my perfect cast? lol Needless to say that I chose some people that it would be odd to see work together. Gerard Butler was one of them...
I doubt he would be interested... Seems these days his interests involve a bar and a female and perhaps a quick exist.

Also, I'm having one hellacious time with my second manuscript... I just wanna call it quits... Seriously? Who am I fooling?
Right now I feel like such a failure because I am so confused... Its hard with the dialogue and the monologue and fn logue and they can just logue me into an Asylum and I be happy.... Or not....
Okay... Thank you for allowing me to vent. Now I have to pick my worthless carcass off the floor and continue with the manuscript if it kills me.
If you decide to order... Please be gentle...

Has anyone read the book Game of Thrones? Or have seen the first season?
I am so confused with the movie.... It leaves you hanging on some of the meanings... And doesn't explain what some of these creatures are...
Ugh... I'm becoming critic... Nope.. It was good.
