My options are:

A: Break contract
B: Offer reduced price
C: Ask for sloppy work to be redone by certified professional (freaking nimrod home handymen)
D: Accept as is

I am going with a combination of B and C with Option D as a final resort.

Well, if in the end it has to be redone, I'd get an estimate from a pro and then ask for a reduced price that will incorporate the estimate, especially since the contract should protect you in some way.

At least that's what I'd do, having worked with pros, contracts, and such.

Tonight in Brisbane, the Wallabies play the Springboks in a TriNations game. My sister is there and she'll stand for our national anthem just as I will be in my lounge room. The Wallabies need to win tonight.

Rugby Union is a REAL MAN'S game, for those who don't know. No padding other than for the family jewels.

Julie, some mother walked into a school in Western Australia, had an argument and then hauled off and punched the female teacher. Police nabbed parent though.

It was just announced that Patrick Swayze has lost his battle with cancer, and passed away earlier today. He was only 57. Sad

I heard this a couple of hours ago and was deeply saddened. He and his wife were so in love after being married for thirty something years. They met when he was 18 and she was 14 -- and still were crazy about each other.

RIP - Patrick, a mightly fine person (and Texan!)
