Now as to a pet.

I saw koala bears at our zoo. The baby clung to the mommy's back. They were both asleep, and so was the lone koala in the other room. We were there for a good 15min. and they never moved. They didn't drop out of the trees either.

A brown hamster was strolling down Westheimer (street known for gay population in Houston) when he saw a white hamster. Brown hamster says to the white hamster: "You new in town?"

Koalas are surprisingly strong animals with rather sharp claws. I held one as a child and you wouldn't believe how heavy they can be.

Kangaroos are worthless for the damage they do to farmers and crops but they're protected with cull numbers. Koalas are harmless, peaceful animals yet are endangered due to urban development and humans' need for land.

It's funny, I keep hearing that Koalas are endangered, then over populated, then endangered.

Koalas are my favorite animals though. I didn't have a teddy bear when I was a baby, I had a koala.
