Speaking of mush, I spent about 3 hours last night making stuffing for our Thanksgiving luncheon at work. I'm all stuffed out!

What kind of stuffing did you make? Was it good? Did you actually stuff it into anything or just stuff good things into it?

Two pans of homemade cornbread stuffing and two boxes of Stove Top stuffing. I normally stuff it into the bird, but I did this one separate because the company was already providing the turkey.

It turned out good, though. I put in onions, celery, spices, etc. Pretty traditional.

My hands are filthy. My skin is dry. My back is sore. It's been raining all weekend.

I have been weeding in preparation for a summer herb garden. Basil, thyme, parsley, rosemary.

Humming " parsley, sage, rosemary and thyme" under my breath as a go off to add a couple of those to my crock pot full of pork roast with cabbage and potatoes.

My vacation is over and I didn't get much accomplished, but I did start Christmas shopping. (OK, I bought a couple of gifts for other people and one or two for myself---that counts--right?)

Since making me permanent and the new interim "director" took over, I am now doing the job of about 6 people, methinks. If I keep running like this, I might be able to see me own arse soon.

I'm SO glad I have a four day weekend. It's going to take me 3 days just to de-stress. Rolling Eyes
