| Yeah well ... all in good time, my gal.
While I have your attention, DK ... A little hiccup has been occurring on the board lately. I have been posting and then refreshing my screen, as I do usually, but in the past two days the board has been saying a red "NEW" for my post. It's as though it doesn't recognise me. Did you do something to me?

| If there are server/router/internet lags, the forum software may not get the "post is read" data if you refresh the screen quickly.
We have gotten quite a few new members from GB filming in Michigan, in the midst of real people. This is very cool!

| Membership is up to 123 and there were 21 guests when I logged on this morning. Those numbers are deceptive though because some from the early days have gone to the trouble of applying for membership and then have not posted.
Still enough to keep us on our toes though!

| No, I never ban people without telling them first. I've been very busy, took the cat to the groomer, they found about 6 fleas on him. Fine, they treated him, I got him home and lo and behold, I find more fleas. So now I've spent pretty much my entire weekend scrubbing and scouring everything in my house down again. It would appear the fleas are still in the house. On a good note, my house is getting vacuumed in places I haven't touched in a long time. That, and I rearranged my furniture in the living room while I was at it. I like it, it's different and more TV viewing friendly. | |

| DK and Nay, shouldn't this be Vol. 2?
My a/c blew hot air this afternoon. We thought it died. We turned it off. A couple of hours later we turned it on and it blew cold air. Thank God for a not-so-small favor!
Hubby was opening and closing doors to outside a lot earlier, and he thinks the a/c got mad at him and threw a tantrum a la Cartman: "Screw you guys. I'm going home!"

- for the use of your! Dang! Must be the heat. Yup. It's the heat, I tell ya. A/C did the hot air thing again, about the same time as yesterday. After a few hours' rest, we got cold air again. A/C guy's supposed to come look at it tomorrow morning. Weatherpeople say we're broiling. I'm thrilled. Too hot for cheese steak.

| Did you check to see if your fan was turning? I had the same problem with mine a couple of years ago.

| I don't know about the a/c unit outside, I didn't look. House has cooled off now. Husband described the problem to the a/c guy, and a/c guy said he has an idea of what's wrong. I hope it's not expensive to fix, whatever it is. | |

| Why on God's little green earth would any manufacturing idiot think it was vital to put trivia questions and answers on women's sanitary items?
Is there a woman alive who wants to contemplate useless facts whilst on the toilet?

| Probably the same idiots that advertise to "Have a Nice Period".
I could never understand the whole reading-on-the-toilet thing.
