It's understood film crews are on location at the Mull Of Galloway lighthouse.

Hollywood star Gerard Butler is filming scenes for his latest blockbuster in Dumfries and Galloway.

It's understood the Mull of Galloway lighthouse is being used as a backdrop for the thriller "Keepers" in which Butler plays a lighthouse keeper.

The "PS I Love You" star is understood to be staying in nearby Portpatrick.

We spoke to Diane Gilmore who owns the Mull Of Galloway Coastal Bed and Breakfast.
