So when Gerard Butler stepped out in London on Tuesday night, it was far from shocking that he'd chosen to party with a new mystery blonde.

The 44-year-old screen star was spotted entering Project nightclub with his companion, whose toned body matched his own athletic physique.

The 300 star's lady friend wore a grey tank top, which left a tattoo running down one of her arms on full display.

She also wore with a figure-hugging white, lacy skirt and black gladiator sandals.

The svelte beauty was ushered into the club alongside actor Gerard, who chose a casual look for his night out.

The unshaven hunk wore a striped button-down shirt, with the cuffs loosely rolled up.

He teamed his top with a pair of khaki-coloured jeans and well-born black boots.

The Scottish stud has been racking up the air miles, and was most recently spotted partying at the World Cup in Brazil.

As the high-profile tournament came to a close, the actor was seen enjoying what appeared to be a hug and kiss with a mystery blonde in Rio de Janeiro.

Gerard was also spotted dancing with fellow actor Taylor Kitsch, 33, as the two enjoyed an evening on the roof of Hotel Budweiser on Copacabana Beach.
