Movie Star (and Film Phantom!) Gerard Butler Feels the Beat at Memphis

Movie fans know Gerard Butler as the no-nonsense star of 300 and Law Abiding Citizen (his “guy” films) as well as P.S. I Love You and The Bounty Hunter (his “gal” films). Oh yeah, and he also played the title role in the 2004 film adaptation of The Phantom of the Opera! But on October 26, the Scottish-born hunk was just another Broadway fan as he took in a performance of the Tony-winning musical hit Memphis. After the show, an enthusiastic Butler headed backstage at the Shubert Theatre to congratulate the cast and pose for a few snapshots.
