Wow...just read something interesting on one of the IMDb threads.

Seems there is an old wives tale about whatever you were doing when the clock strikes midnight NYE....is pretty much what you'll be doing the rest of the year.

Someone said G may be ignored by a lot of ladies in 2009.

I believe I have heard the old wives' tale this way: you should be doing at midnight what you want to be doing the whole year. I like that better because it just says what you would like to be doing, not what you WILL be doing, so you are not as locked in. And that's a good thing because I was home watching TV with my parents, and I definitely don't want to be doing that again next year. Next year I will be in New Orleans!! I just finished watching Braveheart, and my oh my the similarities between that and 300....

Not that I hadn't seen Braveheart before, it had just been a while.

Now I'm in a Mel Gibson movie mood...maybe I'll pop in The Patriot and watch that next.

I kind of felt the same way Nay, although I missed the swearing in. I couldn't sleep all night, with a strange foreboding of something bad that was going to happen.

HAHAHAHA! I must not be the only one with cabin fever around here. In the course of less than one day, I've gotten about 4-5 messages from guys on MySpace. Normally I wouldn't think too much about it, except for the fact that they live in my area.

The cabin fever must be bringing out a desire for the local hook up and the sex.... Laughing
