| I think something like an Iphone would be too complicated for Gman. Not saying he's stupid, because despite all things, I do think he's intelligent. He loves to learn about new things. But I don't consider him a tecchie or geek or interested in all the ease of an Iphone, as it advertises. He seems to be the kind of person who texts a lot, so he would probably use something that has readily keyboard.
Either that or this is the type of phone he uses outside the US and UK, or it was free in one of his gift bags for appearing at one of the awards' shows. I guess Apple didn't send him one.
I don't think I've ever seen Gman with an Iphone before.
Personally, I don't care for one gadget that controls everything around me. It's too 'big brother' for me.

| I have a Blackberry, my brother and sis-in-law have an iPhone. Both have their pros and cons, they're pretty compatible in what they do. | |

| In that one pic of Gerry and what looks like his assistant walking behind him carrying shopping bags, could that be from the shopping trip done because of the lost luggage?
I think Gerry has a pat answer whenever someone asks him how he likes their country/city, etc. When he was in Rio someone asked him what he thought of it and he answered the same way..."I love it, I'd like to live here!"
When Gerry says, "live" here wonder what he means because as much as he travels, where ever he lays his c*ck hat is his home!

| Thanks for the video link, Dallas. Despite the dreadful quality of the the recording, it's nice to hear the scottish brogue still there.
I liken Fiennes' look to the Wolfman. Hideous.

| Gerry has on a new and interesting ring. Wondering if it's a prop or his own. I've never seen it before.
I believe the makeup lady is also responsible for the "tats" as it looks like she was working on the one on his arm. Lucky makeup lady!

Looking at these lead me to believe this movie will be raw yet beautiful in imagery. Everything looks parred down and simple.

| Here are some pictures from the set. Since they were taken by fans, I didn't feel right posting them directly but here's the link. https://www.facebook.com/photo.php?pid=31124985&id=1076290736#!/album.php?aid=2053104&id=1076290736 The link is kinda wonky. You'll have to scroll through them. Be sure to read the captions. Thanks for the find, Dallas! | |
