He doesn't seem to be sporting that odd beard in early scenes from the shoot. I think this may be the first movie in recent years where they haven't dyed his hair. I wonder if he is now almost totally gray. I remember seeing a pic of him from years ago with really short hair and he was even more gray than in these pics.
