Opening Night - The Ugly Truth's Gerard Butler Instructs Ladies to Lift Their Skirts

Jacob Soboroff and I hit the Hollywood premiere for The Ugly Truth after a long day that started around 5AM covering the Emmy nominations (congrats to AMC's Mad Men, Breaking Bad and Storymakers!). So by the time we got to the Cinerama Dome on Sunset twelve hours later, we were beat but soldiered on. There were a ton of fans there... some for Katherine Heigl, but most were screaming for Gerard Butler. One woman was even taken away on a stretcher to an ambulance.

If you followed our Twitter feed that day, you saw the pictures I posted of Jacob with co-stars Cheryl Hines, John Michael Higgins and Butler. I couldn't get one with him and Katherine Heigl. She didn't come to the red carpet until later, when direct sunlight was no longer an issue (she's very fair-skinned), so by the time she got to Jacob, it was a reporter scrum. But we got her!
