Gerard Butler shares 300 things we didn’t know about him in the August 2009 issue of Esquire. Clever movie reference, we know.

The 39-year-old Scottish stud is promoting his hew movie, The Ugly Truth. The romantic comedy costars Katherine Heigl and opens on Friday, July 24th.

Last month, Sports Illustrated cover model Bar Refaeli went naked for the the July 2009 cover of Esquire. The should have continued with a naked trend with Gerry!

His pose in that picture is a little strange. The way he is sitting on that stool makes the waistband of his pants seem like they are hiked up high - like an old man! It's not the greatest pic of him, in my opinion. I wonder why they picked that one....

The cover itself is so busy with all the writing and scribbling that it takes away from the photo. It is just an overall strange cover IMO.

Yeah, all the graffiti doesn't add to the cover. But I guess they wanted to have a full G on the cover.

This is the August issue, but it hasn't hit the stands yet? Usually they release mags the month before. I think my current issue of Cosmo is an August one. scratch
