I think pissing in the gas tank when there's some fuel left in the engine can work. The piss helps keep the fuel line air-free and what's left of the fuel can move into the combustion chambers. The engine won't work for long, but it should get the vehicle moving for a little bit.
There is no alcohol in healthy human piss. If you have alcohol in your piss, you're going to die VERY soon.
Pouring vodka directly into the tank means he doesn't get to drink the booze. What's the fun in that?
