Jet-Setting Gerard Butler Slapped with BBQ Lawsuit Posted


Ready for his City of Angels takeoff, Gerard Butler arrived at LAX airport in Los Angeles, California last night (August 16).

The "Ugly Truth" hunk kept if casual for his evening departure, wearing a New York ball cap, blue jacket, khaki-colored pants and a pair of sneakers.

In legal news, Gerard is one of the seven co-owners of Shin BBQ who are being sued for allegedly failing to pay to ex-employees for overtime during their time at the Hollywood eatery.

According to TMZ, Mr. Butler, along with Laura Prepon, Danny and Chris Masterson, Steve Aoki, Mark Ronson and restaurateur Simon Shin, have all been slapped with a suit in which a former cook and dishwasher claim they were cheated out of wages, rest time and meal breaks.

While none of the celebs' lawyers have come forth with a statement as of yet, the ex-staff members say they are asking for money they are owed, plus punitive damages.

Gerard Butler: New York Yankee Fan at LAX!

Gerard Butler heads into LAX Airport sporting a New York Yankees hat to catch a flight out of Los Angeles on Tuesday (August 16).

The 41-year-old Scotish actor is being sued by two former employees who used to work at a Hollywood restaurant he co-owns with That 70s Show stars Danny Masterson and Laura Prepon, among others.
