Could be, but I think there's also a Soho House in LA that was supposed to open in 2010. Maybe he was at the opening?

I find it funny that People is now reporting that Gerry is in Mexico because Jen Aniston flew him and a bunch of her friends in for her 41st birthday yesterday. Yet not one pap picture shows him there with her. There's a thread on JustJared, you'd think if he really was there with her yesterday, JJ would have been all over that.

DK, now that you mention it, I think they did open one in LA- last year maybe? Wasn't there an Oscar party there last year? Im too lazy to look it up. Anyway, I was doubting the NYC sighting just because the east coast is getting pounded by snow and I can't imagine him trying to fly there.

Maybe he's getting a pre-Brazil glow down in Cabo. Then he can jet to Carnival.....
