Gerard Butler visits the the Santa Monica Healing Arts office in Los Angeles to receive therapy for his shoulder injury on Thursday (February 11).

The 40-year-old actor’s Bounty Hunter co-star, Jennifer Aniston recently sat down with Access Hollywood where she talked about their relationship.

“We just had so much fun together you know. He’s just fun. Gerry’s the most unpretentious guy,” Jen said. “He’s a guy’s guy, but he’s absolutely the most lovely and sort of self-deprecating … and just what you see is what you get. We look at work the same way…we always had each other’s back.”

Gerard Butler needs a little healing

After a fun and sun filled vacation in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico with to celebrate the birthday of his co-star and friend Jennifer Aniston, Gerard Butler was spotted back in California earlier today.

As evident in photos from Cabo you could tell something was wrong with the Gerry’s shoulder. He visited the Santa Monica Healing Arts office in order to look for a little relief from the pain.

Included in the set are photos from February 9th when he visited the Chris McMillan Salon in Beverly Hills. Though the rain was coming down in buckets, he made a quick stop to chat up a pretty young lady.

Looks like he colored his hair a little bit. It was a lot more grey in Cabo. Now, it's not as much.

Question: if one has a right shoulder injury, should one be carrying a shoulder bag on said shoulder?

From the pictures, his right shoulder is higher than his left. They're weighing down his right shoulder to match his left.

A lot of times shoulder injuries are reaching and stretching injuries.

Hubby had shoulder surgery. He tore out about 99% of his ligaments.
