FYI...the photographer emailed me back and said he wanted to think about it. He really didn't want to put a link back to his Flicker account, but is thinking about watermarking the pictures. Since we're such a small site I'll keep the link up for now, but if he asks me to remove it I will have to oblige his wishes.

I'm going to try to do this approach when it comes to pictures, unless it's something from a big site like JustJared or one of the large gossip sites. In the case of the Philly pics, I think it's fair since a lot of the lesser known sites and freelance photographers are snapping the pictures, rather than paparazzi.

That is a very fair way to approach all of the personal (almost) photos that are appearing, DK.

I'm guessing he was in Producer role when these were shot.

Then again, he might have temporarily removed them so he can watermark them or something. We shall see...
