How about Kylie's song, "The One" with the lyrics, "I'm the one, love me, love me, love me".

Or Morgan Page's song, "The Longest Road", with
"If you are so frequently in love
If you prefer it all to me then my love
You go down the longest road to nowhere
You pull it apart and your just left there".

I really liked that song.

I Don’t Care by Apocalyptica/Adam Gontier

I try to make it through my life, in my way, there’s you
I try to make it through these lies, in that’s all I do

Just don’t deny it
Don’t try to find this and deal with it
That’s just part of it

If you were dead or still alive
I don’t care, I don’t care
Just going leave it so behind
Cause I swear (I swear), I don’t care

I try to make you see my side
Always trying to stay in line
But your eyes see right through
That’s all they do

I’m getting burning in this place
I got no room you in my face
Don’t say anything just go away

If you were dead or still alive
I don’t care, I don’t care
Just going leave it so behind
Cause I swear (I swear), I don’t care

Life change everything, you won’t be there for me
Life change everything, you won’t be there for me

If you were dead or still alive
I don’t care, I don’t care
Just going leave it so behind
Cause I swear (I swear), I don’t care

If you were dead or still alive
I don’t care, (I Dont’ care) I don’t care (I don’t care)
Just going leave it so behind
Cause I swear (I swear), I don’t care

38. Tell us a valuable life lesson you learned in 2008.

Never take people at face value when they claim to like you and be your friends. The world is filled with people who are only in life for themselves and what they can get out of others, and as long as you're filling their superficial needs, you're the cat's meow. But it's the things you do for them that they want - not your friendship.

I've learned that people will get close to another person as a means to get close to another person.

I've learned that many people are driven by their fantasies and not reality, and if that fantasy world becomes threatened in any way, they will turn on you like a pack of pirahnas.

I've learned that once you get a reputation - whether or not it's true or deserved - it's difficult to impossible to shake that reputation.

I've learned that people can be very unforgiving. I've also learned that many people are driven by jealousy and rather than leave you alone, they strive to harm you and others you have contact with.

I've learned that I CAN survive without these people in my life. Wink

39. Quote a song lyric that sums up your year.

You weren't there
You never were
You want it all
But that's not fair
I gave you life
I gave my all
You weren't there
You let me fall

So so what?
I'm still a rock star
I got my rock moves
And I don't need you
And guess what
I'm having more fun
And now that we're done (we're done)
I'm gonna show you tonight
I'm alright(I'm alright),I'm just fine (I'm just fine)
And you're a tool
So so what?
I am a rock star
I got my rock moves
And I don't want you tonight

Ba da da da da da....PHBLBLBT! lol!

"We apologise for the laws and policies of successive parliaments and governments that have inflicted profound grief, suffering and loss on these our fellow Australians. We apologise especially for the removal of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander children from their families, their communities and their country. For the pain, suffering and hurt of these stolen generations, their descendants and for their families left behind, we say sorry. To the mothers and the fathers, the brothers and the sisters, for the breaking up of families and communities, we say sorry.
