38. Tell us a valuable life lesson you learned in 2008.
Never take people at face value when they claim to like you and be your friends. The world is filled with people who are only in life for themselves and what they can get out of others, and as long as you're filling their superficial needs, you're the cat's meow. But it's the things you do for them that they want - not your friendship.
I've learned that people will get close to another person as a means to get close to another person.
I've learned that many people are driven by their fantasies and not reality, and if that fantasy world becomes threatened in any way, they will turn on you like a pack of pirahnas.
I've learned that once you get a reputation - whether or not it's true or deserved - it's difficult to impossible to shake that reputation.
I've learned that people can be very unforgiving. I've also learned that many people are driven by jealousy and rather than leave you alone, they strive to harm you and others you have contact with.
I've learned that I CAN survive without these people in my life.
39. Quote a song lyric that sums up your year.
You weren't there
You never were
You want it all
But that's not fair
I gave you life
I gave my all
You weren't there
You let me fall
So so what?
I'm still a rock star
I got my rock moves
And I don't need you
And guess what
I'm having more fun
And now that we're done (we're done)
I'm gonna show you tonight
I'm alright(I'm alright),I'm just fine (I'm just fine)
And you're a tool
So so what?
I am a rock star
I got my rock moves
And I don't want you tonight
Ba da da da da da....PHBLBLBT!
