Mel & Gerard team up at Zuma

Mel Gibson and Gerard Butler were spotted with a large group Thursday night at Zuma. Both, we’re told, were dressed casually and “in a great mood.” Gibson had a 28 oz. Tomahawk Wagyu with truffle and seemed to enjoy it so much that “it was chewed to the bone.” Butler, says our spy, “seemed a little reserved and mostly interacted with a group of beautiful ladies accompanying him at the table, occasionally gathering the crowd for a cigarette” outside on the waterfront terrace. As for Gibson, he was pretty tame, says our source. “He stayed at the table while Gerard was all over the place.”

Hard-partying Lethal Weapon star Mel Gibson and 300 leading man Gerard Butler suddenly materialized in Miami yesterday, and were caught by paparazzi walking into the downtown sushi emporium Zuma.

I’m told by a spywitness that the BFFs sat down for dinner with 10 other people.

Later, Gibson and Butler quietly slipped out the back door and hightailed it the SoHo Beach House hotel in Miami Beach for some late night partying.

Must be the start of a beautiful bromance!
