On screen she is usually seen deathly pale playing Alice Cullen while off-screen fans are most likely to see her dressed in gym gear.

But Twilight star Ashley Greene has had a glamorous makeover appearing on the cover of Allure magazine showing off her real life inner vamp.

The actress, 24, is seen wearing a stunning midnight blue Zac Posen dress with corseted detail as she is seen showing off some serious attitude throwing a drink into a man’s face.

As well as the dominating action Ashley shows off dark smokey eyes and blood stained lips for the stunning shot.

Her chocolate coloured hair has been tousled into big brown curls with volume aplenty and she is wearing sharp drop earrings and a fierce golden cuff with spider shaped jewels.

In the interview Ashley opens up about men, life in the spotlight and her nude photo scandal.

Last year Ashley was linked to Gerard Butler,41, but the Twilight star has said that the actor is too mature for her.

She said: 'He’s extremely attractive, but I think he’s a little too old for me. Don’t print that I called Gerard Butler old, I feel bad.'

Ashley who once dated Joe Jonas after he split up with Demi Lovato said she is ‘really happy’ that the actress is healthy after having overcome her eating disorder.

She also quashed rumours she and Demi fought over the Jonas brother and said: ‘She and I never had a problem with each other. But, you know, it doesn't go away.... Jen Aniston still gets asked about Angelina Jolie.’

Speaking about life in the spotlight Ashley told the magazine: ‘It’s a double-edged sword. It's amazing to be known, and it's great that there is this audience that wants to know about me. But I'm like, “I'm going to be known for coming out of the gym rather than [for] what film I have coming out.”’
Ashely also spoke out about her family's reaction when nude photos of her appeared on the internet in 2009.

She explained :'One of my family members said to me, "Ashley, everyone does it. You’re just famous."'

While the sexy shot of Ashley throwing her drink shows her displaying her dark side, another snap and the cover shot for the magazine sees Miss Greene showing off caramel tresses.

In one shot it appears she has seen what she would look like as a blonde with digitally enhanced colour put over her hair.

While Ashley may have opened up about past relationships she has been keeping quiet about her current relationship status.

Earlier this month it was reported that the 24-year-old is dating Reeve Carney, star of the Broadway musical Spiderman: Turn Of The Dark.

The pair were said to have been spotted getting cosy on a Manhattan club dance floor.
Us Magazine reported that a source said: ‘Ashley has always had a crush on Reeve and he finally was into it.’

Miss Greene didn’t comment on Carney but she did say she wasn’t dating Family Guy creator Seth MacFarlane.

On her rumored feud with Demi Lovato: "I'm really happy that she's doing well. She and I never had a problem with each other, but, you know, it doesn't go away. ... Jen Aniston still gets asked about Angelina Jolie."

And what has she learned? Greene says she tries to "avoid nightclubs and making out in public."

To most 20 or 20 somethings (except those geared for gold digging) 40 IS too old. I felt the same way at that age. It's another generation. I don't think Gerry would be too offended.
