| Even if it's for a role....the up and down weight gain isn't healthy. I always feel that way about Christian Bale, too. He has gone to EXTREMES with his weight loss for roles, but his body is gonna rebel one day! | |

| My guess would be that they will have U.S. premieres of these two films as well at some point, Amanda. They may only be open in limited release at first though. Then, if they get nominated for Golden Globes and Oscars, extend to more theaters. Or maybe they will be open nationwide from the very beginning. But what do I know?
And Dallas, I'm glad I'm not the only one who thought the Japanese individual looked a bit androgynous. | |

| I am much more reassured now about his skinniness, Butlerized. Now that it seems pretty clear from all the reports we've been getting that his weight loss is apparantly for the surfing movie he's been working on and not just some manorexic phase I was worried about earlier. I'm sure he'll put on some weight so he can look all action star ready for this Bricklayer role (if it turns out to be true he's officially going to star in it). Not only because it'll be an action/thriller type, but also because he's starting out the movie playing someone who has been making his living doing manual labor. As one of the articles posted suggested, I'm sure he'll have the obligatory shirtless and sweaty scene as he lays bricks.  | |
