Maybe he is trying to steer clear of appearing to take sides in the legal battle between Ryan / Relative Media and The Weinstein Co....? Isn't The Weinstein Co distributing Coriolanus? Or maybe he wasn't invited or didn't want to attend with filming. Easter weekend is an odd time for a stag party, but Ryan is jewish so I guess it doesn't affect him.
