I had a baby boy pee in my face once years ago when I was changing his diaper. Guess I had my mouth open, because it actually got on my teeth.

I remember when my friend had her twin boys a couple of years ago, and I went to help her take care of them. She had this handy little piece of cloth that they make now in the shape of a cap. You put it on top of little boys' you know whats the second the diaper gets off, but before you put the new one on. It supposed to keep you from getting sprayed. Nifty little invention.

My sister-in-law just dropped a burpee cloth on her son while fiddling with the diaper.

Whatever is handy. You just have to do the Indiana Jones-exchanging-the-golden idol-for-the-sandbag-trick and be reallllly quick about it. Or do what I prefer, the always-keep-it-covered-work-in-double-layers-slight-of-hand.
