Thank you for these updates, Dallas! I've been pretty busy lately and so I've been missing a lot of Gerry stuff. It's nice to read all of these. So I gues he's still in Shreveport. I thought for sure the movie had wrapped and he was gone.

Sorry, I refuse to believe it's the end of the world until Gerard Butler exclaims "Tonight we dine in Hell!"
LOL! I love Zydeco music, but at first, the thought of Gerry dancing to it did sound a little awkward. Until I found this video. You know, I think with the right training and practice he might be able to pull it off. We've all seen the moves he's capable of on Ellen, Leno, The Ugly Truth.

"Crackhead skinny" doesn't surprise me given the pics we've seen lately where he looks skinny enough even with the extra pounds cameras can sometimes add. Plus, other Tweeters or whoever have mentioned his skinniness too. I've said it before, but NOOOOOOOOOOOOO. I like him with some bulk. A man should be solid and powerful looking, not nearly as thin as a woman. I really do think he's afraid of getting bad press/fat jokes again because of those photos awhile back and is determined to never let that happen again. But I guess it could be for another reason. Who knows?

I'm all for muscle bulk. I can do just fine without fat bulk like John Candy, fat Drew Carey, fat Randy Quaid.

I'm a sucka for some muscle on a man! He may not need to be as big as he was in 300 and Gamer, but the muscle he had in LAC and Bounty Hunter (bathroom scene) was perfect! He was problaby sensitive to what the press was saying about his weight, but they do this to everybody, esp those regarded as sex symbols. Russell Crowe is the lastest of the male examples the press has been picking on.

Yeah, that's what I meant. Not so much the fat bulk, as the muscle bulk. Though I love the 300/Gamer look, that is only one look. You don't have to be ripped to be a solid guy.
Actually, though I don't like Gerry, Russell, or anyone else ragged by the media with fat jokes, I must admit, it's refreshing to see men have to take the heat a little more now. Though being overweight (or even anywhere remotely close to it by Hollywood's skewed standard of what makes someone fat) is still considered to be unforgivable in women far more than men, they are starting to give men some grief for it now too. It only seems fair. But often, what they call fat in either men or women, people in the real world would not. It's infuriating.
