The article underneath the video says that he hopes it will debut next fall at the Toronto International Film Festival.
I thought it was supposed to debut at the Belgrade Film Festival in March or April (sometime in the spring). So, I'm not sure if they are going to do that and then wait until fall for TIFF and a general release.
