I drew that sketch from a pic of Gerry at Toronto film fest -
back when he was promoting Beowulf/Grendel...

those pics from that festival are some of my favs of him...

sheez -- he doesn't ever take a bad picture --

geez for anyone who does dates/hangs with him --

damn the challenge -- of him always outlooking his date LOL !!

Well, I can draw when I want to. Do I want to? No.

I sing rather well.... that is when I am alone in my car so it's totally biased and probably no where close to the truth. I have stage fright like you wouldn't believe. Quite ironic I did a lot of live theatre in my past.

I can walk and chew gum at the same time and blow bubbles.... (I said blow!)

hmmm...I forgot what I was trying say....What post am I in? I'm still hung on that HIS LAP thought.. Can't think straight. Damn, its time I better log off.

Well, it's been a couple of years, so maybe it's time to try this scribbling of GB yet again. The Steve Bacic forum will tell you that it takes me a while to get warmed up to a subject. After several years, I still haven't done the perfect Bacic. But here goes nothing:

I had this weekend off, and didn't feel like doing the things I needed to do. The nerves (and shingles-itchy skin) wouldn't even let me settle to read or do TV, so I did what comes next-----I scribbled. Everything quick and semi-done, but I ended up with a watercolor ship, a scribble of Steve Bacic and this----- A quick scribble of Gerry. He seems to be wet. Very Happy

I'm not really sure how it started, but I seem to have a tradition of posting a scribble on my birthday. (Maybe it's because people are suppose to nice to you on that day Wink
