Gerard Butler and a female friend head to the set of his new movie, Machine Gun Preacher, on Monday (July 26) in Detroit, Mich.

The 40-year-old Scottish stud filmed scenes at the Bridge Cafe (130 South Fort Street).

Earlier this month, Gerry, his co-star Michelle Monaghan and pal Demi Moore went karaoking together at Rockstarz Karaoke Bar in Garden City, Mich.

I never understood that.

I think the only thing I would take issue with is the girls age. Why can't a man of Gerry's age find a mature women of like age? Why is it they seem to dip into the kiddie pool instead of swimming with the rest of the adults? I don't know this girl from eve, she may be mature for her age, but somehow I doubt it. Maybe it's the mentality equivalent for a man to date a woman 10 or more years younger then him.
