I found Susan's account of her experience on GALS....
She loved it (I hope her review was objective) as much
as I love GB he has been in some clunkers lately LOL!!!
1 more month to wait aghhhhh

I think it's going to be a good movie.

Congrats to Giny! I hope she and her guest have a fun night.

We want a full critique of this movie ASAP, please.

Oh Well,
I did not win the tickets from GB.NET wha...
So, I guess the only way I will ever get a picture with the Man
is if I grab his attention outside.... ummmm I have to come
up with some ideas to outdo all the others .... LOL!!!
My birthday is oct 3 so maybe I can get one of those
buttons that light up and say "kiss me it is my birthday"
I am open to any other wacky suggestions...

You'll probably have a better chance getting a picture with him outside at the barricade than you would in either the premiere or the after party. Many times they don't allow cameras, anyway. I know they made me turn in my camera at the Inglourious Basterds screening. Shame too, cuz Eli Roth was there and I would have loved to get a good picture of him. I understand, though...they didn't want people taking screenshots of the movie.

Hi Girls,
I've been a bit out of touch....
I have to get the "kids" situated before I leave them for a week LOL!!
Ok I booked my flight on southwest.... landing at 1:15 pm sunday 10-4-09....
So with traffic and all I might get to the hotel in a few hours LOL!!
I wonder if the hotel has a shuttle I will have to check or that taxi
will cost me a bundle.... Maybe we can hook up for dinner Donna/Giny.
I was trying to get Delia to go to at least for the day but she is also
gone back to school full time so could not get out of exams.
Wooo Hoooo almost time I made my GB Fan so I can catch
his attention outside ..... it has his picture on 1 side and then a
montage of our close encounters on the other side so I can prove my loyalty he he he ....

Girls, you're gonna have to party extra hard...Bea's birthday is this Sat!

I paid $45 to upgrade to first class, which was cheaper than it would have cost me to pay the luggage fee. Plus the plane has wifi internet. Smile

On my way to Dallas first, where I will have to fly coach from there to LA. Only 50 minutes in between flights, I hope it's enough time for me and my luggage to get on board.

I arrived yesterday morning. Bea came in in the afternoon so I bummed with her, then Giny didn't arrive until pretty late (flight delays), so all she really had time to do was get in the room and go to bed. She's sawing logs right now. Sleep

As for me, my internal clock is still on CST, so it's about 8am for me, even though it's before 6 LA time. Therefore, I'm awake.

I have passes for Craig Ferguson, so that's on this afternoon's agenda. That, then maybe some shopping. I could use a new pair of shoes. Really, I could. Wink
