| I don't like sharing a bathroom with men. I have too many house guests this weekend so I have no choice. One left the toilet seat up. I guess I should be glad they raise it at all before they do their business.
Last night they told me that men "scratch, make bodily noises and emit smells." I told them women do too--we just don't brag about it.

| Other women leave hair and makeup bits and used tissues and cottonballs and q-tips and hygiene product wrappers, and they go through and USE your stuff. Plus your bathroom smells of their perfumes and product scents. Ick.

Speaking of strong smells, I walked past one of my students the other day and was immediately stopped in my tracks by his deodorant. But at least, as a young hormonal boy, he was wearing some.
Hear ye! I am making a stand. From now on, I shall only drink fair trade coffee. Sara Lee brands Harris coffee here in Australia and I am returning the unopened packet to my supermarket and buying a fair trade one. Maybe I am naive and falsely principled, but I will make a difference in my own little kitchen!

| Julie, fair trade coffee means the farmers receive a fair price for their beans before the numerous importers/exporters/roasters get hold of them. It is nowhere near what you pay for a cup of coffee in a cafe.
Sara Lee is the mother company for Douwe Egberts who make Cafitesse, Moccona, BK Joe (Burger King's in-house brand of coffee), Cafe Pilao (coffee brand in Brazil) ansd Harris (coffee and filter papers in Australia).
