Gerard Butler is on the prowl again.

The actor recently checked out a $7.995 million townhouse condo at 385 W. 12th St. and also saw the building’s rooftop infinity pool. The four-bedroom, 3½-bathroom unit is 4,337 square feet and has a 575-square-foot garden off the formal living room. It was listed at $8.75 million in 2007, sold for $6.975 million last year and is now back on the market.

Architectural Digest gave us too much info when writing about Gerry's loft in Chelsea! Any good detective could find that building!

He hardly seems to stay home, as he's always out and about, maybe he doesn't even sleep there, so it doesn't matter.

Buying real estate doesn't mean living in it.

He needs to move somewhere that's TP'able.

That Gerard Butler toured the $6.2 million, 2,900-square-foot, four-bedroom, three-bathroom penthouse at 46 Mercer St., listed by Prudential Douglas Elliman’s Frances Katzen. Word is Butler loves his current downtown loft but is determined to find something bigger.
