| My "Secret Santa" at work bought me a big bag of Starbucks goodies. I decided to try their Christmas blend coffee this morning with some Peppermint Mocha creamer. It's to die for! It goes really well with the Christmas cookies. It's bitterly cold outside, so a day of coffee, cookies, and a fire (in the fireplace) is in order. I might dip into the eggnog later, too. I also have to make out a few more Christmas cards to mail out tomorrow, and hope they make it to their destination on time. Oh, and I have to do bills...  | |

| I don't have a particular favorite food, but lately my craving is whole wheat pasta with pesto sauce, sun-dried tomatoes and feta cheese. Any kind of pizza is a close second, and who can say no to nachos? Prime rib is good too.  | |

| We've had a very hot, stormy start to summer. The pool has been wonderful though for my visitors. My 4 year old niece Z is so confidence because she can touch the bottom in the shallow end but little J is still frightened.
