| Well in all fairness, she was in the front before she fainted and then woke up in the ambulance. After refusing to go to the hospital, they put her in a shaded area. Someone did get an autograph for her (which Gerry personalized to her), and I think he did come over to her. So she still got her 'moment'. She's fine now, based on what I heard. I'm glad to hear things worked out for her in the end, and that she's okay.
I'm glad I didn't go to that premiere. It looked to be a zoo. | |

| It's always a zoo at the last moments.
I've yet to be at a premiere where fans and autograph hounds are quiet.
As much as I'm looking forward to IB's premiere, I'm not looking forward to seeing Pitt hounds---autograph hounds that is. | |

| Ok, thanks for the additional info DK. From ya'lls posts, I couldn't tell what the big deal was about someone fainting with respect to the other fans there. She apparently declined medical attention and wanted to stay. Did people not let her reclaim her original place or something or did she just decide to sit in the shade? I'm still not clear why this is a bad reflection on the others that were there -unless it all happened right before his arrival and all was madness? | |

| We were just talking about how fans treat each other and one thing led to another. By personal experiences, many of the events haven't been very good, fan wise.
Granted, this time we weren't there and we're taking things into perspective through the stories of those who where there.
If you haven't attended a G-man public event, maybe it's a good thing.
But then again, it's only our words versus many of those who have been to these events over and over again. | |
