What is Sexy? It was a question that didn’t need answering Wednesday night at Victoria’s Secret’s pre-Valentine’s Day celebration. Angels is super sexy minis, many by Herve Leger, joined hosts Adriana Lima and Doutzen Kroes to celebrate the release of the What is Sexy? list. Guests, including Alexandra Richards, Tyson Beckford, Gerard Butler, Casey Affleck, Hayden Panettiere, Rachel Zoe’s assistants, a few City catsmates and tons of leggy models, indulged in decadent Godiva chocolate and Ciroc martinis with bottles of pink Nuvo lining the shelves. Lima, who wore Pucci for the occasion held court by the fire at the Bowery Hotel, while Kroes joined Veronica Webb and Isabeli Fontana on the dance floor. Fontana partied in a printed Jonathan Saunders dress. “I just got this dress this morning and was ready to go,” she said. “Its for Spring 2009, does that make it a season behind?” We were delighted to see the Angels making their way to the bar for a much deserved toast; most went with a health conscious vodka soda, though a few splurged on sugary options. Editors used this opportunity to bring their significant others out as a plus 1, giving the men in their lives quite the thrill before heading off to a jammed back fashion week. ~Nola Weinstein
