Dustin Milligan has joined Gerard Butler in the Voltage Pictures film “The Headhunter’s Calling,” sources confirm to Variety.
Willem Dafoe, Gretchen Mol, Alison Brie and Alfred Molina are also on board. Bill Dubuque penned the script with Mark Williams directing.
The story centers on ruthless headhunter Dane Jensen (Butler), who works at Blackridge Recruiting arranging jobs for engineers. He is well on his way to achieving his longtime work goal of taking over the company, when his ten-year-old son falls ill and his personal and professional priorities clash.
Milligan will play an aggressive young recruiter at Blackridge who’s training under Butler’s character.
The actor can next be seen in Dimension Films’ “Demonic,” starring opposite Maria Bello and Cody Horn. He also stars in the indie film “Sequoia” along with Aly Michalka. He is repped by Gersh and Red Management.
