Jerry Butler, thank you for your time.
It is a pleasure for me, I'm glad I'm here.

Welcome to the show! What was the biggest challenge for you in "Code: London"?
Many challenges had. This is a very large and ambitious project. Many things happen, there are a lot of action, tell a lot of stories, a lot of emotion. And when you do your job well and this is most important, is entirely dip. I worked as a producer in the film and was involved in writing the script, except that play in it. These were some very long days that run and are torn between a second and a third thing. Sometimes you just do not know where you are. But perhaps I should say that there really was a lot of action, helicopter crash, action by cars all the action scenes, which you can imagine. Many fights, love it, do not imagine it any other way. There are a lot of suffering.

He worked a lot over the years, make great movies, but when did you dream of becoming an actor?
It is strange that you say the word dream. I wanted to become an actor, even before you know what it means to be an actor. When I'm watching movies or TV, I did not know what to play, but I knew I wanted to be there - part of these worlds. I wanted to be where these people are. I wanted to be part of this love story, to go to another planet and then I realized that what I want to do is play these things, and to be as close as possible to those worlds, or part thereof.

When I was 11-12 years old playing in amateur troupes, and when I was 15, I dreamed that I play in the film. Of parts was in the film and in part was in the real world, it was a British film from the 80s, he says Crowe. His style resembles the movie "Lord of the Rings." There were dragons, flying horses, many antics and I dream that I'm there and I'm the king or prince, who is in love with the princess. It was a big craze. When you grip hands out flames. And when I woke up the next day, I knew I wanted two things. First - I was in love with the princess and wanted to find her, and second, I wanted to be an actor.

I went to my mother and told her: "Mom, I want to become an actor". And she told me: "Sure, son," and took me seriously, and I burst into tears and told her: "I must become an actor! I! I should do it! ". I knew I had and at the same time, a panic of that may never happen. Do you understand? Because I really need, you need to become an actor!

So you always wanted to become an actor?
Yes! Not always, but it was tides. Then I told myself - maybe I should be a doctor or a lawyer. I was interested in those professions, but if the inner voice told me: "Do not give up, you will succeed!".

You're a graduate of the University of Glasgow - right. He studied for a lawyer. Have you ever thought what a lawyer would be?
I even worked as a lawyer. In the first place I wanted to be a criminal lawyer, then I thought better of it and started working in a large law firm in Scotland and there had to train for six months in tax law, corporate law, litigation. I worked a lot in all these departments. That was enough to figure out for yourself that this is not what I want to do in life.

What did your mother on that day, in which you said you dumped right?
If I need to tell the truth, half I left him and it left me half. I actually left a week ago to qualify as a lawyer and I got fired. It was clear to everyone that this is not my place. The partners in the company were great, but I was told: "Your passion should be elsewhere May have to go looking for it elsewhere." My mind just was not there, I was not happy with her life and they saw him.

I had to call the same day my mom and tell her. During all these years, that he would become a lawyer it was a big deal because we did not have lawyers in our family. And I called her and told her: "Mom, I thought I would become a lawyer, but I got fired." And she said, "What? What will you do now? ". And I said, "Well now I will move to London and became an actor." And it happened the next day. The next day after I got fired, I climbed into the car and went to London. It was such a failure, but it was liberating. And I realized that in this big vacuum has nothing to lose - go there and try.

"I'll be back," promised the star

Regarding his stay in Sofia, he commented: "I love Bulgaria and Bulgarians love. I photographed here before ... 17 years Chekhov film, I think you mentioned Michael Kokayanis, director of "Zorba the Greek". It was a very different place and very different experience. And I'm very surprised at how much has changed for this short time. I always liked the Bulgarians. People who work in the film "Code: London" are great, very polite and helpful and are extremely talented. But most of the time I spent in Bulgaria this time, maybe 90%, or was in bed or in the studio. "

"I'll be back. But next time maybe I should not and producer of the film, because I have spoken with the other actors and they told me that it was unfortunate that I had more free time because they are taking a journey outside the capital and have been great, "adds Butler.
