Gerard Butler & Brooklyn Decker: Weinstein Pre-Oscar Party!

Gerard Butler suits up to celebrate the Weinstein Company and Chopard during a Pre-Oscars party held at the exclusive Soho House on Saturday (February 25) in West Hollywood.

The 42-year-old actor returned home the day before after successfully completing a treatment program in rehab to address issues with prescription drugs. Earlier in the day, Gerry was seen lunching at Coogies in Malibu.

At the party, Gerard mingled with a few pals including fashion expert Rachel Zalis, who rubbed shoulders with Lady Victoria Hervey, Angelina Jolie‘s manager Geyer Kosinski, and Starz boss Chris Albrecht with wife Montana Coady. (Geyer was Chris‘ best man during his wedding last year.)

Bar Refaeli was seen giving pal Russell Simmons a big hug in the garden area. She introduced Russell to her pal, Israeli actress Noa Tishby, who co-founded the digital pro-Israel activism group Act For Israel.

Across the room, Brooklyn Decker (in Holmes & Yang) and her manager mingled with Chace Crawford and his manager. (This past April, Brooklyn and Chace presented Song of the Year at the Academy of Country Music Awards.) They chatted about Chace visiting Brooklyn on her worldwide promo tour for Batteship since he’s good friends with her co-star Taylor Kitsch.

The Artist‘s Jean Dujardin and Berenice Bejo joined Madonna, Meryl Streep, and Michelle Williams to support Harvey Weinstein, who tapped Tony Bennett to sing “Autumn Leaves” mid-party. A grand piano was brought in for the special occasion!

Gerard Butler's Back To Business Day After Rehab!

It was just one day after leaving rehab, but Gerard Butler is already back to business.

As we reported, the actor just completed a three-week program at the Betty Ford Center for prescription drug addiction.

He was spotted Saturday afternoon, looking fresh and happy, having lunch by himself in Malibu.

He kept himself busy by attending the Weinstein pre-Oscar bash at the SoHo House in West Hollywood Saturday night, where he showed up solo (seen above).

We're not sure if partying is the BEST idea, especially less than 48 hours after completing rehab, but we're gonna give him the benefit of the doubt here.

Gerard Butler attended the Weinstein Company pre-Oscars party on Saturday (25.02.12), just one day after leaving rehab.

The '300' actor recently spent three weeks at the Betty Ford Center in California receiving treatment for problems with prescription drugs before being released on Friday (24.02.12) and Gerard quickly rejoined the party circuit at the Weinstein Company's gathering at Soho House in West Hollywood.

According to the New York Post newspaper, he chatted to a number of women, telling one, ''I feel pretty good.''

Before attending the bash on Saturday, Scottish actor Gerard was spotted jogging along Sunset Boulevard in Hollywood with his personal trainer, smiling and waving at fans.

He also enjoyed a solo lunch in Malibu after his release on Friday, where he was spotted with only a book for company.

After his release from the treatment centre, his representative, Rupert Fowler, said: ''Gerard has completed a successful course of treatment and has returned home in good health.''

Gerard had entered the facility after realising he was becoming dependent on prescription drugs.

His problems were allegedly triggered by the physical demands of shooting '300' in 2006 when he started taking painkillers to cope with numerous injuries he got while shooting the action film.

The problem got worse when the 42-year-old actor was badly hurt in a surfing accident when filming 'Of Men and Mavericks' - which tells the true life story of late surfing icon Jay Moriarty - in December.

Gerard got caught in a 12ft swell at the infamous big-wave Northern Californian surfing spot Maverick's.

After being pulled from the water onto a jet ski, he was taken to shore and driven to Stanford Medical Centre where he was kept under observation for one night.
