Gerard Butler goes sightseeing on Monday (July 11) around town in Ischia, Italy.

The 41-year-old Scottish stud checked out the island, which is located in the province of Naples. Gerry is in town for the Ischia Film Festival, where he was honored with the distinction of Actor of the Year.

Gerry was joined by British-Iranian actress Nazanin Boniadi, who played Amira Ahmed in Iron Man!

Over the weekend, Gerry relaxed on a yacht with director pal Eli Roth and Sting after spending time on a boat with Leonardo DiCaprio!

Gerard Butler attended a film festival in Naples looking like that grad student T.A. you totally had a crush on in college, even though he never smiled and always rolled his eyes when the boy in the fedora tried to answer a question. By which we mean: cut your hair, Gerard Butler! And pull down your shit! Cute shoes, though, so you’re a step ahead of most grad students.

Gerard Butler shines up like a new penny doesn’t he? INF Daily caught up with the Scotsman earlier in the day in Naples Italy looking a bit disheveled. (That’s putting it mildly) Later on however, when Butler attended the Ischia Global Film Festival he looked rather dapper. It doesn’t hurt that Gerard was there to accept the Best Actor of the Year award. (For what? The Bounty Hunter?)

While Butler is in Italy, he’s making the most of his time. He’s been out doing a lot of boating with famous people like Leonardo DiCaprio and Sting. And by the looks of the day-time photos, Gerard’s been doing some drinking too. He’s definitely got hangover face going there. Basically, the man is having fun in the Italien sun.
