I don't understand how it has stains around the collar when at the Golden Globes he had an orange face but his neck was white. There was no "orange" to rub off. Maybe it just neck grime?

Face makeup goes down the neck some.

I was looking at some of Princess Diana's gowns that were auctioned and reading their descriptions. Those gown were not cleaned. People bought "royal smut".

Maybe it's a European thing to not clean your nice clothes.

I initially thought that it must be face makeup too, but you can see in the GG pics that his makeup wasn't blended down his neck. The orange makeup looked even worse because it wasn't blended and was only on part of his face because of the beard/scruff.

Neck smudge is not appealing, even if it is from makeup. I'll pass......
