Gerard Butler's Bodyguard Wanted By Police

Gerard Butler's security guard on the set of new movie The Bounty is wanted by police after allegedly vandalizing a paparazzo's car.

Bodyguard Chris Tsipouras, assigned to protect Butler while he's filming in New York, has reportedly clashed with photographers several times over the last few weeks as photographers scramble to get a shot of the 300 actor and his co-star - and rumored girlfriend - Jennifer Aniston.

However, tensions reached a high this weekend when Tsipouras is said to have damaged the paintwork on snapper James Devaney's vehicle while it was parked in the Flatbush neighborhood of Brooklyn. Local residents witnessed the alleged crime and reported it to police - and Devaney is pleasantly surprised by the neighborhood watch.

He tells the New York Post, "I was surprised that the community had my back. They saw a guy going up to my car with a key scraping the side."

Butler and Aniston have continually dismissed reports they are a couple after they were spotted walking along a beach arm-in-arm earlier this summer.

After weeks of tension between security and paparazzi on the Brooklyn set of Jennifer Aniston's new film "The Bounty," a bodyguard allegedly flipped out and keyed a photographer's car -- causing thousands of dollars in damage.

Cops are looking for the guard, who was assigned to protect Gerard Butler -- the flick's leading man and rumored Aniston beau -- after witnesses in East Flatbush reported the vandalism on James Devaney's 2003 Infiniti early Saturday.

Police sources identified the bodyguard as Chris Tsipouras.

Devaney, who works for WireImage, said the bizarre incident followed constant bickering between the photogs and filmers.

"I was surprised that the community had my back," said Devaney, who didn't see the crime occur.

"They saw a guy going up to my car with a key scraping the side."

Wonder if this is the same Chris Tsipouras who was a bodyguard for LL Cool J and was convicted of raping a 15 year old girl after a concert back in 1989? He was sentenced to 10 years in prison at age 22. Don't know how much he served etc.
(It would probably be easy to verify or disprove, but I'm too lazy....and hungry right now. Anyway, you know it will come out if he is the same guy.)

If so, Butler needs better background checks as well as a better PR team.

For the right price, he can hire me. I need a change.
