I stated that they (Groov3 on Facebook) removed their original post and comments, but then reposted that Gerry was there -- obviously they are advertising their classes and wanted to point out that he attended to get some publicity (minus the snarky comments by others).

By your comment, I thought you had misunderstood my original post. I wasn't saying that I thought Gerry was there to advertise the class. I was saying that Groov3 was advertising their own classes by pointing out that Gerry attended one of them.

I was just clarifying my previous post and agreeing with you.

I understood you, Dallas. The company was using his name/presence like a restaurant or other business would ... "So we had Gerald Butters to a class tonight" as a form of advertising.

It looks like a hell of a lot of fun, actually.

If I looked over and saw Butler in my Zumba class (the closest thing my gym has to Groov3) I wouldn't be able to help myself.
I would be dancing and muttering under my breath "This. is. ZUMBA!!!" "Tonight we dance in hell!!!!" "Hey Gerry, shake your money maker!!!"

Or maybe I would just belt out my own version of Mustang Sally at the top of my lungs over the dance music.

Then I would piss myself laughing when he gave me the stinkeye.
