Something random about me:
1. My dog Cheech was on a one week vacation at my family's home in the country. Normally his fur looks beige/blond. When he came back, he was brown. Actually dark brown! I had to bath him for an hour to get him back to normal! 2. One of my colleagues had the swine flu and I didn't catch it! 3. Next week I'm off to Ireland for 5 days!

Hashbrowns are fried shredded or diced potatoes. I'm guessing either shredded or sliced cheese is added or cheese sauce is poured on top.
Burger King makes cheesy tots. They're bite sized balls of potato bits and cheese that are breaded and fried.
Cheese fries and cheese tots are becoming popular around here.
