We're too regional (and probably too conservative) of a town to host too many festivals so when something like SFF comes along I like to jump in and support it.
'Red Cliff' was an epic in all senses of the word. Majestic scenery, ballet-style battle, beautifully acted, culturally intriguing and just plain AWESOME. The military strategising from each camp was fascinating and the turning point for the 'winner' was due to the weather. Just blew me away.
It may be in my Top 5 Movies EVER.
My Sunday has started with a cup of tea and a list of 'Handy Jane' jobs.How about the rest of you chicks?

Something random: I'm going to a Halloween bash tonight. I'm going as a pirate wench. Supposedly about 1400 people are supposed to be there, and it's invitation only. If I were in NY, I'd be able to tell them to not let Gerry in without an appropriate costume....or unless he gives me a favor.

I adore this song, its singer and her voice. It's apparently based on one of her husband's high school experiences.
