He's appeared in a string of romantic comedies, and been linked to some of the world's most beautiful women.

And now it seems that Gerard Butler may finally have found a love of his own.

The 44-year-old actor has been repeatedly seen with his brunette beauty since late July and on Saturday the two were once again enjoying each other's company in Malibu.

The Scottish star was dressed comfortably in baggy clothing while the mystery woman showed off her lean legs in a pair of tiny denim shorts when they stopped by a nearby Starbucks coffee chain.

Gerard wore a sleeveless grey hoodie with matching trousers, beige sneakers and aviator style sunglasses.

The How To Train Your Dragon actor smiled as he walked alongside his companion who was dressed in a navy long sleeve shirt, Daisy Dukes and black boots.

She tried to cover her face with a blue trucker hat and appeared to be without makeup.

He is known for being a notorious ladies man, but as of lately he has been spending a lot of his time with the brunette beauty.

First pictured together in late July, the pair have enjoyed romantic dinners and have gone on many beach outings together.

His last serious relationship was with Romanian model Madaline Ghenea in 2013. His previous flings include stars such as Jennifer Aniston, Cameron Diaz and supermodel Naomi Campbell.

It certainly seems Gerard may be ready to settle down.

Back in March he explained: ‘I have not met the one princess yet.'

But he said he was looking towards the future.

‘I do want kids. For now I have four nieces. I often wonder what it would be like to share a movie with my kids. It does make me think.’
