The 41-year-old Scottish actor has been spending time enjoying Miami’s Art Deco district during his trip to Florida.

Over the weekend, Gerry checked out art at the Art Basel Miami, held at the Miami Convention Center.

Gerry headed out to Florida on Friday afternoon as he took a flight from Los Angeles.

Taking a break from his on-the-go schedule, Gerard Butler was spotted on the beach in Miami, Florida on Monday (December 6).

The “Bounty Hunter” stud looked to be enjoying a relaxing day with friends, but seemed a bit agitated when he noticed the paparazzi had tracked him down.
Over the weekend, Mr Butler attended the Vogue YSL cruise 2011 collection during Art Basel week at Loren & JR Ridinger’s mansion in Miami Beach.
Gerard mingled amongst a bevy of other celebrities including Kelly Rowland, Russell Simmons, Serena Williams and Christian Louboutin.

If Gerard Butler thought he would be getting a break from the paparazzi while vacationing in Miami he was wrong! The hotness that has taken over a chilly Miami was photographed on South Beach with friends in Miami, Florida Monday, December 6th 2010.
I know EXACTLY where these were taken so I give Gerry and “A” for effort in an attempt to stay away from the general madness but the papz found you anyways!
Even though Art Basel is all done with, it looks like the hot Scot is not done taking in some of our amazing weather. Stick around Gerry, we love you here.

Anyway, these are new photos of Gerard Butler in Miami on Monday - he flew there last Friday, presumably to go to the Art Basel convention, but more likely to stroll for Miami strange. Gerard is one of those guys who loves a hot climate. He loves to ogle dark, tanned women (girls) in bikinis. He’s one of those guys. As you can see, Gerry was all “art schmart” as he is now on the beach, with some wingmen, likely trolling for girls. He looks pretty good too - I think he’ll probably have some luck. As I mentioned this weekend, I’m wondering if Gerard had something “done”. He’s looking a lot younger, although much of it could be because of weight loss, a tan, and maybe some better skin care. Who knows?

By the way, this was almost a “From the desk of…” post but I tried to write a few lines, and I could figure out a way to translate Gerard’s growls appropriately. Something like “Grr…I’ll take your bikini top off with my teeth GRRR…” See? It just doesn’t come easily for the written word. Too bad. I’m starting to think that Clive Owen is the only one who can be properly channeled for “From the desk of…”
