Gerard Butler goes for a ride on a motorcycle on Monday (December 6) in Miami, Fla.

The same day, the 41-year-old Scottish stud was spotted soaking up the sun with some pals at South Beach.

Over the weekend, Gerry checked out the Vogue YSL Cruise 2011 collection at a soiree held during Art Basel Week with celebs including Kelly Rowland and Serena Williams.

Gerard also attended the Art Basel Miami fair, where he chased a paparazzo who got too invasive!

Wait, he is going home right? I mean, he does Miami early Dec, goes to Scotland for Christmas and then parties elsewhere for NYE.

At least that's how it's been done before.

I think last year it was Miami, then NYC for NYE, the year before it was whatever and then Miami for NYE...

Perhaps he'd try NOT spitting at paps? Or maybe NOT putting himself in the public eye for a while, if it bothers him that much to be photographed when he doesn't want to be photographed. Thing is, his people or him or whatever send mixed signals. The public never knows from day to day whether he and/or his people are milking the media for attention, or he wants to be left alone. If I truly wanted to be left alone, I wouldn't be going to an art event where lots of other celebs gather. I'd either stay at home or go somewhere where the public wouldn't harrass me. I might not be a celebrity, but even normal people get harrassed if they go to the wrong places.

Just saying.
