•Also, we know Gerard Butler has officially arrived in Michigan to begin filming Machine Gun Preacher! He was spotted Saturday night (June 26), at South, a new restaurant in Birmingham. We also know Gerard is set to shoot at the Red Holman Pontiac Dealership in Ann Arbor in early July (date TBD).
